About the Role
The role involves providing strategic direction for the Client program (Malaysia and Singapore), responsible for M-O-M portfolio growth, and supporting the Senior General Manager (SGM), MYSG in evolving the business service offering for sustainable profitability and growth.

Qualifications
- Degree or professional qualification in any related discipline
- Master’s degree in business administration is an added advantage
Required Skills
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the Retail/Consumer Electronics business and industry, preferrable Malaysia and Singapore
- Proven excellent client and account serving experiences
- Strong ability to analyze business challenges and provide appropriate solutions to business leaders (problem-solving)
- Proven project management experience for complex, large-scale set-ups/expertise with relationship-building
- Excellent presentation, communication, and influencing skills (verbal and written)
- Strong understanding of the client’s industry/business/products
- Strong strategic thinking skills and an innovation mindset
- Advanced numeracy and analytical skills
- Excellent proficiency in office productivity tools
