About the Role

The role involves providing strategic direction for the Client program (Malaysia and Singapore), responsible for M-O-M portfolio growth, and supporting the Senior General Manager (SGM), MYSG in evolving the business service offering for sustainable profitability and growth.

Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of the Retail/Consumer Electronics business and industry, preferrable Malaysia and Singapore
  • Proven excellent client and account serving experiences
  • Strong ability to analyze business challenges and provide appropriate solutions to business leaders (problem-solving)
  • Proven project management experience for complex, large-scale set-ups/expertise with relationship-building
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and influencing skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong understanding of the client’s industry/business/products
  • Strong strategic thinking skills and an innovation mindset
  • Advanced numeracy and analytical skills
  • Excellent proficiency in office productivity tools
  • Highly skilled in persuasion and negotiation, interpersonal skills
  • High levels of integrity and dependability
