About the role

We're looking for a creative and data-informed Content Creator to join our marketing team. In this role, you'll craft compelling content across our digital channels — from product storytelling to social campaigns — helping drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions. You'll be the voice of our brand and a key collaborator across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging, on-brand content for social media, email newsletters, product pages, and the company blog
• Conceptualise and produce photo, video, and short-form content that showcases products in lifestyle settings
• Analyse content performance metrics and use insights to iterate and improve
• Own and manage the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery aligned with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
• Collaborate with the marketing, design, and merchandising teams to develop integrated campaigns and maintain brand consistency
• Stay up to date with platform trends, emerging formats, and competitor activity to inform content strategy

Requirements

• 3–5 years in content creation or digital marketing
• E-commerce or retail background (big plus)
• Comfortable with Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut or similar
