About the Role



The role involves identifying, prospecting, and onboarding new F&B merchants to the Omnicommerce platform, while also conducting market analysis and delivering product demonstrations.



Responsibilities



  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new F&B merchants (restaurants, cafes, bars, cloud kitchens) to the Omnicommerce platform.
  • Conduct market mapping and competitive analysis to target high-potential merchant segments.
  • Deliver product demonstrations showcasing the value of dine-out deals, reservations, and loyalty solutions.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and manage contractual agreements with merchants.
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost GMV and transaction volume, monitoring conversion and redemption rates.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize merchants’ omnichannel presence, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Act as the main contact for merchants, ensuring satisfaction, conducting business reviews, and coordinating issue resolution.
  • Stay updated on F&B trends, competitor activities, and gather merchant feedback to guide product development.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in merchant acquisition, business development, account management, or partnerships (F&B, hospitality, or e-commerce preferred).
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.


Required Skills



  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of the F&B industry and familiarity with grocery and retail operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and CRM tools (Salesforce, Google Sheets, SQL).
  • Analytical mindset, self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.

  • Relationship management and consultative sales expertise.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking to optimize omnichannel performance.
  • Deep knowledge of F&B operations and digital solution integration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction and measurable outcomes.
