Job Responsibilities
- Participate in the full sales cycle, provide pre-sales technical support, develop technical feasibility proposals, and take responsibility for the viability of technical solutions. Assist Account Managers in commercial negotiations.
- Conduct customer requirement analysis and research, and deliver comprehensive technical solutions and consulting proposals, including system architecture, technical design, and advisory planning.
- Collect, organize, analyze, and review regional and industry requirements. Based on market and demand analysis, prepare technical capabilities while developing industry-specific solutions.
- Participate in all technical aspects of sales projects throughout the project lifecycle. Closely monitor customer needs and feedback, and promptly address reasonable technical requests.
- Support company marketing and tender activities, including delivering external seminars, supporting sales team business development activities, preparing technical sections of bidding documents, conducting on-site bid presentations, and planning consulting project implementation.
- Promote technical collaboration and product sales with channel partners. Establish and maintain strong technical partnership relationships. Support sales planning and overall project coordination to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist product development teams in conducting market analysis and confirming requirements. Support Product Managers in product and system upgrades and iterations to ensure alignment between channel strategy and product positioning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Communications Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Pre-Sales Consultant in IT or OT industries.
- IT-related fields: servers, databases, storage, enterprise software, etc.
- OT-related fields: industrial automation systems, industrial application systems, low-voltage electrical/control systems, etc.
- Strong communication, organizational, coordination, and team management skills.
- Project management experience, with the ability to control project timelines and identify project risks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, clear logical thinking, and strong presentation and proposal development capabilities.
- Experience in semiconductor, chip manufacturing, or electronics industries is preferred.
- Familiar with intelligent manufacturing software and applications, including PLM, WMS, MES, MOM, AOI, etc.
