Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts to ensure long-term business partnership
  • Handle end-to-end account management activities, including business review, negotiation, sales monitoring, and issue resolution
  • Achieve sales targets and maximize business growth within assigned accounts
  • Prepare and execute account plans, promotion strategies, and sales activities aligned with company objectives
  • Monitor product performance, stock availability, sell-in/sell-out movement, and market trends within retail channels
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct regular visits and meetings with clients to identify business opportunities and maintain strong engagement
  • Negotiate trading terms, pricing, promotion programs, listing, and display opportunities with retail partners
  • Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review
  • Ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy account receivables
  • Handle customer complaints and operational issues in a timely and professional manner


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing modetn trade accounts
  • Strong understanding of retail business processes and account management
  • Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing key clients
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to travel for client visits if required
