ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Relationship Manager, you will act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication, strong engagement, and consistent delivery of excellent service and solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Proactively engage clients to strengthen partnerships
Account Management & Growth
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Support revenue growth through client expansion strategies
- Monitor account performance and engagement levels
- Develop strategies to increase client value and loyalty
Communication & Coordination
- Communicate updates, solutions, and service information to clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements
- Handle client inquiries, issues, and escalations professionally
- Ensure timely response and resolution of client concerns
- Maintain clear and consistent communication flow
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Track client activity, engagement, and account health
- Prepare reports on account performance and growth opportunities
- Monitor KPIs such as retention, satisfaction, and revenue contribution
- Support management reporting and business insights
- Document client interactions and account updates
