If you’re a fresh graduate looking to gain practical experience in accounting and finance in constrcution industry, our Graduate Trainee Program offers the opportunity to learn directly from real projects and day-to-day financial operations in a professional working environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• CGPA 2.00 and above
• Age 27 and below
• Computer literate with basic knowledge of accounting software
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in handling full set of accounts
• Support monthly account closing activities
• Manage and monitor project accounts
• Prepare financial and final account reports
• Assist with daily accounting and finance-related tasks

Program Structure

• 9-month Graduate Trainee Program
• 1 week of Soft Skills Training
• 8 months and 3 weeks of On-the-Job Training
