About the Role

SummitNext Technologies Sdn. Bhd., a BPO and Technology Solutions provider, is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Lead to oversee and manage end-to-end human resources operations. The ideal candidate will have strong HR knowledge within a BPO environment, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in visa and work permit processing. Experience in payroll processing and basic accounting knowledge will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and payroll processing


  • Support hiring needs across BPO operations, ensuring timely and quality manpower delivery


  • Handle payroll preparation, verification, and coordination, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement


  • Manage visa, work permit, and employment pass processing for foreign employees


  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws, company policies, and SOPs


  • Act as the point of contact for employees on HR-related matters


  • Coordinate with management on workforce planning and HR initiatives


  • Maintain accurate HR records, payroll data, and employee documentation


  • Support performance management, disciplinary processes, and employee engagement activities


  • Work closely with finance/accounts teams on payroll-related matters


Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field


  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a BPO environment


  • Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin
    (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)


  • Good command of English (spoken and written)


  • Strong knowledge of visa and work permit processing in Malaysia


  • Hands-on experience in payroll processing


  • Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage


  • Familiar with Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices


  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills


  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
