• Responsible for initiating and following up on ISIR (Initial Sample Inspection Report) activities until approval samples and PA (Part Approval) are received within the required timeline.
• Responsible for applying for customs approval and preparing related documentation for ISIR sample submission.
• Maintain and update PA reports in the database and distribute them to suppliers through the SKP registry system.
• Ensure all emails and inquiries from internal and external parties are responded to within 24 working hours.
• Manage the scrapping/disposal of rejected parts or excess supplier samples, or arrange the return of samples to suppliers when necessary.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth sample submission and approval processes.
• Ensure all ISIR and PA records are properly maintained and filed for tracking and audit purposes.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by superior from time to time.
• Required mandarin speaker to liaised with China suppliers.
