Job Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision & Coordination

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor daily work progress and manpower deployment to ensure smooth site operations and timely completion of tasks.
• Coordinate closely with sub-contractors on daily work schedules and resolve
• technical or operational issues promptly to mitigate potential delays.

2. Quality Control

• Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with required quality standards and project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship and identify defects.
• Ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly where necessary.

3. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure construction works comply with safety regulations, company policies, and site safety requirements at all times.
• Promote good housekeeping practices and maintain a safe working environment on site.

4. Site Coordination & Communication

• *Liaise with contractors, consultants, and relevant stakeholders to ensure proper communication and coordination on site matters.
• Assist in resolving site issues and facilitate smooth execution of works.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare and submit daily and weekly site progress reports, including updates on work status, challenges encountered, and action plans.
• Assist in site measurements, material verification, and documentation related to site activities.

6. General Duties

• *Assist the Project Manager or Site Manager in monitoring project progress and site performance.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior or management to support project delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in construction/site supervision (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Basic knowledge of construction processes, drawings, and site coordination.
• Able to monitor site progress, workmanship, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Strong sense of responsibility, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willing to work on-site at site location (Kulai)

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
