Our client is one of Malaysia's largest grocery retailers, operating over 108 hypermarkets and supermarkets nationwide. They are seeking for Logistics Manager to be based in Telok Gong. This position reports to Merchandising Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee overall warehouse and distribution performance.
• Ensure accurate inventory management, stock control, and proper storage practices.
• Manage delivery planning, route coordination, and transportation efficiency.
• Supervise receiving activities to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
• Monitor upkeep of warehouse facilities, machinery, and company vehicles.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse personnel to improve productivity and accountability.
• Ensure full compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Requirements

• Degree, Diploma, or SPM with relevant working experience.
• 5 years of hands-on experience in logistics & warehouse management.
• Exposure to retail distribution centre operations will be an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong leadership qualities with good planning and problem-solving skills.
• Permanent vacancy based in Telok Gong.
