Skills

1. Fair command in English & Bahasa Malaysia (both written & oral).

2. Familiar with Adobe Photoshop (a must), AutoCAD or other relevant software.

3. Creative and resourceful with excellent execution & design skills.

4. Able to work as part of them and independently to meet deadline.

6. High integrity with good analytical and problem-solving skills.

7. Must be able to work for an extended period of time when necessary.

8. Able to work independently as well as being a team-player with strong commitment to department harmony.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in designing of project drawings specializing in ceramic tiles presentations.

2. Prepare sample for testing.

3. Report all testing sample to supervisor for discussion.

4. Need to monitor and follow-up R&D Junior Technician or general worker's job.

5. To do rectification formula to meet quality control and issue to glaze preparation after the colour is matched.

6. Report on daily status to immediate superior on R&D daily morning meeting.

7. May assist Designer in doing various design works such as carton design, logo design, catalogue design and etc.

8. Assist sales personnel in advising clients on product information, tiling presentation and attend to customers' enquiry when necessary.

9. Organize the working files and make sure all are saved into relevant hard drive after the product design is completed.

10. Prepare sample requested by sales and marketing department.

11. Coordinate with production, QC and R&D Designer/other personnel.

12. To follow work instruction and specification for all test method.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
