Job Responsibilities:

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
• Provide 2nd level desktop, network and application support.
• Familiar with both Windows OS and macOS support.
• Setup and installation of desktop and laptop.
• Troubleshoot hardware and peripheral problems.
• Understand technical issues and develop procedures and checklists for future references.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and network.
• Troubleshoot networking issues.
• Managing and administrative window server environment.
• Responding in a timely manner to IT service issues and requests.
• Providing technical support to end users.
• Maintaining company IT asset list.
• Repairing and replacing IT system as and when needed.
• Updating and creating new IT guidelines according to SOP.
• Involve in new and existing projects.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in user IT support and windows server environment is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
• Stay up to date on current IT technology trend and enhancement.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
