Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Executive to expand MommyHana’s retail and distribution network across Malaysia. This role is responsible for building strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and business partners to increase product presence, sales growth, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Expand MommyHana products into retail outlets, baby stores, pharmacies, bookstores, and other potential channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, retailers, distributors, and business partners
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Conduct regular outlet visits to monitor product display, stock availability, and promotional activities
• Follow up on outlet sales performance and restocking requirements
• Work closely with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns and retail promotions
• Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis
• Ensure excellent brand representation and customer engagement at all times

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• Confident in meeting clients and conducting presentations
• Willing to travel for business meetings and outlet visits
• Possess own transport and valid driving license
• Experience in sales, FMCG, retail, or distribution is an added advantage
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Fresh graduates with strong passion in sales are encouraged to apply

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
