JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Executive – Institutional & Strategic Programs is responsible for overseeing and managing institutional projects, corporate partnerships, and large-scale program operations within the organization.
This role ensures proper coordination between internal teams, government bodies, corporate partners, and institutional clients while maintaining strong operational, financial, and compliance standards.
The Senior Executive will lead program execution, monitor performance, improve operational processes, and ensure all institutional initiatives are delivered efficiently and professionally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, supervise, and mentor team members including executives and administrative staff.
- Set clear performance targets and monitor staff productivity and performance.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.
2. Institutional Programs & Project Oversight
- Manage institutional programs, corporate collaborations, and strategic partnerships.
- Oversee project planning, implementation, and reporting for all institutional initiatives.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments including operations, finance, supply chain, and marketing.
- Ensure smooth execution of large-scale supply or community-based programs.
3. Financial Oversight & Claims Management
- Oversee invoicing, claims submission, payment reconciliation, and financial documentation.
- Ensure all financial records related to institutional projects are accurate and properly maintained.
- Review and approve claims submissions, invoices, and payment summaries.
- Work closely with finance teams to ensure timely billing and payment collections.
4. Process Management & Operational Improvement
- Develop and improve operational workflows for project management and reporting.
- Monitor systems used for reporting, claims tracking, and data management.
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure proper documentation and internal reporting structures.
5. Reporting & Strategic Analysis
- Prepare and present regular operational and financial reports to management.
- Analyze trends, program performance, and operational outcomes.
- Provide recommendations to improve efficiency, profitability, and operational effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate documentation for audits, management reviews, and internal records.
6. Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal SOPs.
- Conduct periodic reviews and checks to maintain process integrity.
- Ensure transparency, accountability, and proper governance in all institutional activities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in operations management, institutional projects, finance operations, or corporate partnerships.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent coordination and organizational abilities.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with government agencies, institutions, or large-scale programs is an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
