We are a fast-growing café brand passionate about great food, great coffee, and great people. As we expand, we’re looking for a Cafe Supervisor who is hands-on, energetic, and ready to lead a team in delivering amazing customer experiences every day.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily cafe operations and ensure smooth service flow
• Supervise, motivate, and guide front-line staff & baristas
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
• Support sales targets, promotions, and upselling efforts
• Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory accuracy
• Ensure POS closing, cash handling, and daily reporting are done properly

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in F&B / café / restaurant (supervisory role preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Positive attitude and hands-on mindset
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Passion for customer service and teamwork
• Basic POS & inventory knowledge is a plus

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
