· To provide advice to the international students & recruitment agents on student pass processes, which include new applications, endorsements, transfers of endorsement, variations, extensions/renewals, cancellations.

· To update the international students & recruitment agents about the developments and issues related to student pass, and also the requirements for international students as specified by the EMGS and MOE.

· To inform the relevant students about the student pass expiry dates, ensure that students submit the required documents for extension/renewal on time in order prevent overstay.

· To process the student pass application via the EMGS, which include monitoring of student pass/medical insurance expiry dates, and approval status pass applications and medical check-ups.

· Safe-keeping and recording of passports and payments for student pass processing.

· To monitor the international student attendance and submitting relevant reports in accordance with the requirements of the EMGS.

· To provide the airport pick-up service for new international students arriving in Malaysia and arrange transports for student to get to their accommodation.

· To provide induction and arrival orientation to the international students.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Working experience in student affairs, international student management, immigration/student pass processing, or related administrative roles will be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
• Possess a valid driving license and own transportation.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
