Salary Range (Junior/Fresh):

RM 3,000 – RM 3,500

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate manufacturing processes, analyzing the impact of process parameter changes on product quality to ensure effective control.
• Lead new product and process development projects from concept stage through to mass production.
• Review, improve, and document existing manufacturing processes; develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in accordance with company quality standards.
• Establish and maintain product quality standards and inspection procedures to ensure consistent compliance with specifications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation to support standardization and traceability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives, improving productivity, efficiency, and yield.
• Identify production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement measures.
• Lead technical improvement and cost optimization initiatives, including adoption of new materials, technologies, and process enhancements.
• Support pilot production and assist in implementing new technologies to ensure stable and reliable production performance.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Materials Science, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing processes such as DCB sintering, laser cutting, final inspection, packaging, graphics transfer, or surface treatment.
• Experience in PCB or semiconductor manufacturing is an added advantage.
• Willing to undergo training in China for up to 6 months if required.
• Strong proficiency in English; Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking teams and stakeholders.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to be based in Pasir Gudang.
