Responsibilities
Food & Beverage Manager oversees the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring high-quality service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. They manage staff scheduling, training, and performance, as well as monitor inventory, purchasing, and cost control. The role includes planning menus, coordinating with the kitchen, maintaining standards of hygiene and safety, and handling customer feedback. Additionally, the manager prepares reports, sets sales targets, and works closely with management to improve overall revenue and guest experience.
