Key Responsibilities:Software Development & Programming

• Develop new features and user interfaces based on wireframe models and specifications.
• Build, test, and maintain high-performance, responsive web and mobile applications.
• Write clean, well-structured, testable, and scalable code.
• Fix bugs and performance issues to ensure optimal application functionality.
• Ensure software security and implement data protection protocols.
• Conduct software testing to verify efficiency, responsiveness, and compatibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop wireframes that meet business goals.
• Experiment with and implement bleeding-edge technologies and frameworks.

Website Development

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly company websites and microsites.
• Ensure website functionality aligns with company branding and digital strategy.
• Optimize websites for SEO, loading speed, and mobile accessibility.
• Implement analytics tools and performance monitoring.

IT Administration & Hardware Support

• Manage and troubleshoot hardware/software issues including desktop, laptop, network devices, and printers.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software for employee devices.
• Ensure smooth operation of all hardware assets and maintain asset inventories.
• Monitor system performance and network connectivity to ensure reliable operations.

Employee Lifecycle Support

• Coordinate IT setup for new employees including email, system access, device provisioning, and onboarding support.
• Manage user account creation, access rights, and security settings throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Perform secure data wipe and device recovery processes during offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and industry standards.

Troubleshooting & Support

• Investigate and resolve software bugs and hardware faults efficiently.
• Provide technical support to internal users and escalate issues when necessary.
• Monitor and respond to helpdesk tickets and system alerts.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in software development and IT support roles.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, PHP, Python, or Java.
• Experience with front-end frameworks and back-end technologies (Laravel, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with IT hardware support and network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, web hosting, and domain configurations.
• Knowledge of security practices, data privacy laws, and system hardening.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
