Job Responsibilities:

• Process and manage orders and related documentation to ensure timely delivery to clients
• Perform accurate picking and packing activities based on order requirements
• Prepare and issue invoices promptly and accurately
• Monitor and follow up on backorders, including coordination with stakeholders
• Handle customer or stakeholder inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Compile and submit delivery and operational documentation as required
• Manage stock returns and loan processes with proper documentation
• Coordinate and monitor logistics operations in line with delivery schedules
• Organize and manage incoming goods in the warehouse and receiving area
• Conduct monthly stock take and ensure inventory accuracy
• Support ad hoc distribution tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Experience in distribution, logistics, or a related field
• Diploma in healthcare or any related field
• Experience in:
• Invoice processing
• Packing and order fulfilment
• Stock and inventory management
• Delivery scheduling
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Familiar with inventory systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
