Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on and responsible Outlet Supervisor to support the daily operations of our Chonky Cookies outlet. As a mall concession concept, the role requires someone who is proactive, service-oriented, and able to manage a small team efficiently while maintaining product quality, cleanliness, and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure smooth workflow during shifts
• Lead and support a small team of full timers and part timers
• Ensure product quality, consistency, and presentation standards are maintained
• Handle customer service and resolve basic customer issues professionally
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment when needed
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are followed at all times
• Manage staff attendance, shift arrangement, and basic task delegation
• Support cashiering, order taking, and serving customers during peak hours
• Assist Operations Manager with reporting and operational matters
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and shopping mall requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in F&B or retail operations
• Experience in café, bakery, kiosk, or mall concession setup is an advantage
• Able to lead a small team in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Responsible, hands-on, and able to multitask independently
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
