Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Banquet/F&B Captain to join our team. The Banquet/F&B Captain will oversee and coordinate all banquet functions, ensuring that events run smoothly and guests receive exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate banquet functions, including setup, service, and breakdown.
- Ensure that all staff members are properly trained and prepared for events.
- Communicate effectively with event planners, clients, and kitchen staff to ensure all event details are met.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards in all areas of the banquet.
- Assist in planning and executing food and beverage services, ensuring timely delivery and presentation.
- Lead by example, providing exceptional guest service and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage banquet inventories, ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are available for events.
- Assist in scheduling, training, and evaluating banquet staff performance.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards at all times.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Banquet/F&B Captain or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Compulsary to have a full car driving license.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding guest service.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service techniques and catering standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- "Food Handler’s Certificate" is a requirement, if not available, kindly let us know beforehand.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
