Job Description:-

• Inspect incoming raw materials according to Incoming Note (IN).
• Inspect parts using sample checking, functional test, fitting test, and dimension measurement based on standards.
• Report rejected parts immediately to QC Leader or Engineer.
• Prepare and record inspection reports for accepted and rejected parts.
• Carry out daily 5S activities.
• Inspect finished goods and semi-finished goods through sampling or 100% inspection.
• Prepare QC inspection reports and checklists.
• Inform QC Leader or Engineer when defects or rejection are found.

Minimum Requirement(s):-

1. SPM and above
