As our Outlet Supervisor, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations, ensuring smooth service, happy guests, and a motivated team. This role is perfect for someone ready to step up, take on leadership responsibilities, and grow with a fast-expanding brand.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Supervising daily front-of-house operations
• Leading and motivating the service team to meet brand standards
• Assisting in staff training, scheduling, and performance feedback
• Handling guest queries and ensuring exceptional customer service
• Maintaining operational flow during peak hours
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace policies

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced: Minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory or senior crew role (F&B experience preferred)
• A natural communicator: Confident in giving clear instructions and feedback
• Customer-focused: Always looking for ways to improve the guest experience
• Organised: Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented: Leads by example and works well with others
• Flexible: Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
