Job Summary

We are looking for a Supervisor, QA Incoming to oversee incoming quality inspection activities for raw materials, components, and outsourced parts. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily incoming inspection, ensuring materials meet approved specifications, controlling non-conforming parts, and supporting supplier quality improvement activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily incoming quality inspection activities.
• Ensure raw materials, components, and outsourced parts are inspected according to approved specifications and quality requirements.
• Guide QA inspectors in performing visual, dimensional, and functional checks.
• Review supplier quality documents such as Certificate of Compliance, inspection reports, material certificates, or other required documents.
• Identify, record, segregate, and control non-conforming materials.
• Prepare and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports and corrective actions.
• Work closely with Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, and Engineering to resolve incoming quality issues.
• Monitor supplier quality performance and support supplier improvement activities.
• Maintain incoming inspection records, quality data, and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and internal Quality Management System procedures.
• Support internal audits, customer audits, and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, 5S, and workplace safety practices within the inspection area.
• Perform any other quality-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in incoming inspection, supplier quality, or IQC will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, NCR, corrective action, and quality documentation.
• Able to read drawings, specifications, or inspection requirements.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to supervise a team and coordinate with other departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
