Job Responsibilities

• Monitor solar PV system performance daily (AM & PM) to identify and report issues.
• Prepare monthly/yearly performance reports for clients when required.
• Assist customers by handling inquiries and providing support solutions.
• Prepare post-maintenance reports and maintain proper records.
• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve system-related issues.
• Follow company procedures, communication guidelines, and policies.
• Support troubleshooting and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of solar PV systems is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Responsible, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
