Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware including desktops, laptops, POS systems, printers, servers, and networking devices.
• Provide first-level and second-level troubleshooting for hardware issues across retail outlets and head office.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential hardware failures.
• Manage IT asset inventory (procurement, tagging, tracking, and disposal).
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for warranty claims, repairs, and maintenance contracts.
• Support store openings, relocations, and hardware rollouts (POS setup, CCTV, routers, cabling).
• Ensure hardware security and compliance with company IT policies.
• Provide training or guidance to staff on basic hardware troubleshooting.
• Document IT procedures, maintenance schedules, and support logs.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in IT hardware support, preferably in the retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems, Windows OS, networking, and basic server administration.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems, POS devices, and retail hardware peripherals is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving skills with hands-on technical ability.
• Able to travel to retail outlets when required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Salary Range:

• RM3000 - RM3500 Executive
• RM3500 - RM4000 Senior Executive
• RM4000 and above : Supervisor Level and above
