Responsibilities
We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our team
The role involves managing customer interactions through Email, Live Chat, and Voice calls, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to inquiries related to billing, payments, relocations, promotions, and general account services.
This position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle customer interactions professionally via Email, Live Chat, and Voice calls.
Provide accurate information and solutions on inquiries related to:
Billing and Payments
Relocation requests
Sales and Promotions
Manage cross-skill functions across different support channels.
Record and update customer information accurately in the system.
Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex cases to relevant departments where necessary.
Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and service level agreements (SLAs).
