Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Waste Management & Materials Recovery
• Position Title: Site Supervisor (Waste Management Operations)
• Working Location: Tuas (Company transportation provided)
• Working Hours: 5.5 Days (Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Sat, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Retention Bonus + Incentive + Transport Allowance + AWS
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure waste collection at customer sites meets requirements.
• Work closely with customer site coordinators to understand needs and provide timely clarifications.
• Oversee new and ongoing projects, coordinating with customers on specifications and schedules to meet requirements.
• Identify, track, and resolve site risks and issues promptly.
• Supervise workers and subcontractors on-site, ensuring work is carried out effectively and escalating issues to the Project Manager.
• Assist the Project Manager in customer management, including monitoring satisfaction, addressing feedback, and tracking operational changes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and health policies, and review work activities and risk assessments (JSRA).
• Train workers on job requirements, site procedures, and proper use of equipment.
• Coordinate transportation for workers to and from job sites, including for urgent or emergency situations outside regular working hours.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Minimum ITE or Diploma in Mechanical, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
• Valid Class 3/3A driving licence.
• Completed Safety Orientation Courses (e.g., working in power plants and construction sites).
• Work-at-Height Supervisor certification is preferred.
• Experience in high-pressure hydro jetting is an advantage.
