Responsibilities
OVERVIEW
The Technician is responsible for carrying out maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting work to ensure all building systems and equipment operate efficiently.

THE JOBSCOPE
- Perform basic maintenance and repair of equipment and systems.
- Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and fix technical issues (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
- Ensure all work is done according to safety standards and SOPs.
- Report major issues to Senior Technician or Supervisor.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
- Assist in emergency repairs when required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, or related field
- Basic technical and troubleshooting skills
- Willing to learn and follow instructions
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Team player with good attitude and responsibility
