Responsibilities
OVERVIEW
The Caregiver is responsible for providing daily care, support, and assistance to residents or clients to ensure their comfort, safety, and well-being. The role includes assisting with daily activities while maintaining a caring and professional environment.

THE JOBSCOPE
- Assist residents or clients with daily living activities such as grooming, bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
- Monitor and support residents’ overall comfort, safety, and well-being.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding when required.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents or clients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of residents’ rooms and surrounding areas.
- Report any health concerns, unusual behaviour, or incidents to the supervisor or nurse.
- Support activities and engagement programs for residents when required.
- Follow company policies, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
- Work closely with nurses, supervisors, and other team members to ensure quality care.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in caregiving, nursing home, hospitality, or healthcare environment is an added advantage.
- Caring, patient, and responsible personality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- Physically fit and able to assist residents with mobility support.
- Fresh graduates or candidates without experience but willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
