Prefer with Interior Design and renovation related experience.

• To carry out site work progress measurement & supervision
• To assist in carrying out Quantity take-off for tendering of projects
• To assist in the preparation of tender and contract documents
• To assist in expediting and coordinating with various personnel for the compilation of project cost estimates
• To liaise with clients, suppliers, and other parties involved in the project
• Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary

Requirements:

• Certificate /Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Services, Civil Engineering or other related discipline
• Preferably with some working experience.
• Experienced site QS with SPM/STPM qualification and fresh graduates are invited to apply
• Possess own transport
• Able to work independently
