What you will be doing:

- To implement company sales plan and to meet or exceed individual and company business goals and targets.

- To generates qualified leads to support the sales force and company’s goal through emails and phone calls.

- To build, review and monitor prospects within assigned geographical territory and handle customer’s account to meet sales objective.

- To organize and coordinate cost effective marketing events, program and activities to promote product line.

- To initiate pro-active activities so as to escalate value add to clients and ensure good clients’ experience to improve margins.

- To ensure company’s resources are well utilized and managed for productivity and returns.

- To perform any other duties that the Management may assign to you from time to time.

- To consistently promote and practice company’s vision and mission statement, core value and culture to maintain excellent work relationship among staffs and clients.

Who we are looking for:

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, communications, business management, or in a related field preferred.
• Has experience as a customer development, customer service or a similar customer support role.
• Extensive experience in gathering and interpreting customer experience information.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.
• Great organizational and time management abilities.
• Good communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
