Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with IT leadership to develop and execute tactical infrastructure plans aligned with the organization’s strategic direction.
• Promote knowledge sharing within the infrastructure team by documenting systems and tools, reducing single points of failure and dependency.
• Work with IT management to establish, implement, and maintain technical policies, standards, and procedures.
• Install, configure, maintain, and support approved telecom, network, and infrastructure hardware and software.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network, connectivity, and communication-related issues.
• Oversee daily network operations, including preventive maintenance, service requests, and incident resolution.
• Monitor firewall logs, alerts, and network activity to detect and respond to potential security threats.
• Manage site-level IT safety and security controls, including disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity planning (BCP).
• Maintains location specific facility systems which include data center equipment, CCTV and electronic security access.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, warranties, and service agreements.
• Responsible for administrative duties within the IT procurement and inventory management function
• Manage and support video conferencing systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or equivalent technical roles.
• Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, and Firewall technologies.
• Experience in network troubleshooting, system maintenance, and infrastructure monitoring.
• Strong sense of ownership in tasks, projects, and responsibilities.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Willingness to work on an on-call schedule and support critical systems outside of standard working hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
