岗位职责

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Import & Export Executives with strong knowledge of supply chain operations.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing international shipments, ensuring compliance with trade regulations, and coordinating closely with internal and external stakeholders to support efficient end-to-end supply chain processes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Import & Export Operations
  • Manage and coordinate all import and export activities, including documentation, customs clearance, and shipment tracking
  • Prepare and review shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery
  • Monitor shipment schedules and resolve any delays or issues

2. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies
  • Maintain accurate records of import/export transactions and documentation
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and trade requirements

3. Supply Chain Coordination

  • Collaborate with factory, procurement, warehouse, sales and logistics teams to align shipment schedules with inventory needs.
  • Support demand and supply planning and inventory control activities.
  • Analyze shipping costs and suggest improvements to optimize supply chain efficiency

4. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding shipment status and documentation requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics partners

5. Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Prepare regular reports on shipment status, costs, and performance metrics
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce costs

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in import/export operations or supply chain/logistics role
  • Strong understanding of international trade procedures and documentation
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes (procurement, inventory, distribution)
  • Familiarity with Incoterms and customs regulations
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP/logistics systems
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities
