We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Live Host Manager to oversee and manage our live streaming operations across e-commerce platforms. This role is responsible for leading a team of live hosts, driving sales performance (GMV), and ensuring high-quality, engaging live content that aligns with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage daily live streaming sessions across platforms such as Shopee Live and TikTok Live
• Lead, supervise, and develop a team of live hosts to ensure consistent performance and professionalism
• Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) including GMV, conversion rate, viewership, and engagement
• Collaborate with the marketing and e-commerce teams to align live content with ongoing campaigns and promotions
• Develop and improve live streaming scripts, content flow, and product presentation strategies
• Analyze live performance data and prepare regular reports with actionable insights
• Ensure smooth execution of live sessions, including coordination of stock availability, pricing accuracy, and technical setup
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to enhance performance

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce, live streaming, or digital marketing
• Proven experience in managing or leading a team is preferred
• Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics, including GMV, conversion rate, and traffic performance
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or peak campaign periods
