Responsibilities
Pinang Medical Supplies (PMS) Sdn. Bhd is one of the biggest medical and healthcare products suppliers with more than 20 Homecare chain stores in Malaysia, we are committed to provide people of all ages with premium products at fair prices. Our wide product range covers durable medical equipment to pain management, hypertension to diabetic care, aids for daily living to mobility products, wellness equipment to incontinence products, and many more.
Organize and oversee the operations of a number of stores. You will assume responsibility for the overall success of the stores by setting targets and supervising store. Effective area retail are skilled in managing diverse operations from a distance. They have a strategic mindset and are excellent leaders. Excellent abilities in financial and operations planning are also essential for the role.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Oversee the work of retail staff in a store environment within assign area – this includes monitoring staffs’ activities and performance, solving problems at a day-to-day level and assisting customers.
· Set standards and objectives for different outlets.
· Optimize and oversee operations to ensure efficiency.
· Work closely with Management to formulate fruitful business development/sales/promotional strategies to ensure long-term success.
· Undertake sound financial management to ensure outlets are profitable and stay within budget.
· Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines.
· Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it.
· Report to Retail Manager on progress and issues.
JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
· 5 years experiences in retail or any other retail/healthcare-related industries.
· Must possess excellent presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
· Enthusiastic, disciplined and motivated.
· Good interpersonal, client relationship management, and negotiation skills.
· Well-groomed with pleasant personality and positive attitude.
REMUNERATION & BENEFITS
Basic Salary ranging from RM3,000 – RM3,500 (Remuneration commensurate with relevant qualification and working experience)
WORKING HOUR:
Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm
