FrieslandCampina Hiring! Full Time PTP Process Control and Query Specialist (Urdu Speaker) in Selangor - Ricebowl

The Process Control and Query Specialist will be responsible for managing one or more of the following Purchase-to-Pay (PTP) process areas:

• Process control
Query management

This role will focus on at least one of the areas above, depending on team requirements and expertise. The incumbent will also contribute to the development of the department’s strategy and annual plan, leveraging their knowledge of PTP processes and operations. This includes supporting key initiatives such as “No PO, No Pay,” touchless invoicing, vendor reduction, and maintaining a clean desk approach.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Finance, Accounting or a related field)
• Excellent communication skills, with strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
• Mandatory proficiency in Urdu (both written and verbal)
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and drive outcomes independently
• Strong team player with a collaborative and proactive mindset
• Continuous improvement orientation, with a track record of supporting and driving change initiatives
• Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced Global Business Services (GBS) environment
• Foundational project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong prioritization and time management capabilities to meet deadlines effectively

Scope of Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Procure-to-Pay (PtP) activities, including process controls and query management, ensuring KPIs, productivity, and continuous improvement targets are met
• Act as the first point of contact for vendors, employees, and business partners; resolve queries or escalate as needed, and track open items to closure
• Execute invoice-related activities (e.g., claims, returns, master data updates) and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth operations
• Monitor PtP subledgers and general ledger to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal controls
• Support month-end closing, internal control execution, reporting, and reconciliation activities
• Identify process bottlenecks and contribute to continuous improvement and optimization initiatives
• Support cross-functional collaboration, governance processes, and stakeholder management, including participation in reviews and escalation handling
