Job Descriptions:

• Provide engineering support for mining equipment and system applications across project sites.
• Collaborate with the project and technical teams during system installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting phases.
• Conduct site visits to assess technical requirements, system performance, and support ongoing operations.
• Liaise with OEMs, suppliers, and manufacturers to evaluate technical specifications and perform due diligence.
• Participate in technical discussions and provide input on equipment selection, configuration, and integration.
• Attend local or overseas training sessions and technical meetings to stay updated with new technologies and product developments when required.
• Document and report site findings, technical issues, and proposed engineering solutions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and operational efficiency.
• Carry out any other duties or tasks assigned by the management from time to time, as required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Mining, or related discipline).
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant working experience in mining, heavy equipment, industrial systems, or related industries.
• Experience in equipment installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical support is an added advantage.
• Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a project-based environment.
• Willing to travel to project sites and attend overseas training when required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and technical reporting.
• Mandarin-speaking ability is preferred to facilitate communication with suppliers, manufacturers, and stakeholders.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
