Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Engagement & Resource Planning
- Assist Operations at site in sourcing and identifying suitable new FW vendors.
- Plan FW resource requirements for new site mobilizations and replacements at existing sites.
- Coordinate vendor appointments and support competency, experience, and quality assessments.
- Ensure vendors submit all required licenses, permits, certificates, and documents according to regulations.
Internal Coordination & Project Support
- Act as the liaison between site operations and internal departments (Procurement, HR, Finance) on vendor procurement and foreign worker matters.
- Support project start-up activities, including deployment planning and vendor onboarding.
- Assist Site PICs in verifying documentation of deployed resources (e.g., passports, work permits).
Permit Monitoring & Compliance
- Track and monitor permit expiry and renewal status of vendor-supplied resources at site.
- Coordinate with sites and vendors to ensure timely permit renewals and full legal compliance.
- Conduct routine site visits to check documentation and assess FW resource performance.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports on findings and compliance status.
Vendor Performance & Compliance Enforcement
- Coordinate with Procurement on vendor performance tracking and reporting.
- Act as one of the assessors for vendor performance evaluations.
- Be trained to evaluate the quality and suitability of vendor resources at site.
- Be authorized to issue Non-Compliance Reports (NCR) to Site PICs in the event of violations or deficiencies.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior(s) from time to time in line with business needs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in operations, vendor management or foreign worker management.
- Good understanding of foreign worker regulations and permit requirements in Malaysia.
- Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
- Willing to travel frequently across sites.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
