Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review engineering deliverables including design basis, technical specifications, structural analysis reports, calculations, drawings, and related documentation.
• Perform site verification activities and prepare technical reports, Material Take-Off (MTO), and EPCC cost estimations.
• Execute civil and structural engineering design and modification works for onshore and offshore oil & gas facilities.
• Carry out infrastructure-related designs including drainage systems, roads, slopes, and other associated infraworks.
• Perform offshore structural analysis and design including in-place, transportation, lifting, and blast analysis for jackets, topsides, and other offshore structures.
• Conduct heavy lifting analysis and support lifting workflow activities.
• Utilize engineering software such as STAAD.Pro, AUTOCAD, TEDDS, and other relevant engineering applications for analysis and design.
• Coordinate engineering activities, project planning, scheduling, and project execution.
• Liaise and coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
• Provide engineering support and technical assistance to EPCC contractors during construction and installation activities.
• Ensure all engineering works comply with applicable industry codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering or related discipline.
• Registered with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) as Graduate Engineer (GE) or Professional Engineer (if applicable).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, preferably in engineering consultancy or EPC environment.
• Familiarity with oil & energy industry projects, both onshore and offshore, is preferred.
• Experience in structural analysis and design, foundation design, structural detailing, and engineering documentation will be an added advantage.
• Familiar or proficient in AutoCAD, Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis, STAAD.Pro, Navisworks Freedom, TEDDS, and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of other structural engineering software will be an advantage.
• Strong coordination skills in managing interfaces between disciplines and stakeholders.
• Good communication skills with ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary engineering project team.
