Job Description :

• Verify incoming and outgoing goods against delivery document/s challans, invoices, or packing lists.
• Ensuring goods received and released physically are accurate and tallied with document/s.
• Record accurate data into Tally ERP or inventory management systems.
• Inspect products for damage, shortage, or discrepancies and report as needed.
• Supervise loading and unloading processes to ensure goods match documentation.
• Maintain proper records of all materials received, issued and returned.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and drivers to ensure timely delivery and dispatch.
• Assist in monthly and annual stock audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse safety standards.
• Generate and submit daily and weekly tally reports to the supervisor.
• Verfiy 3PL billing reports (storage, handling, and transport charges) against system data.
• Prepare internal summaries for logistics cost tracking and customer billing.
• All adhoc duties assigned by Management.

Requirements and Qualifications

1. Related field in business administration, supply chain management, or its equivalent
2. 3+ years relevant experience in logistics and warehouse
3. Excellent communication and organizational skill.
