If you enjoy working with children and want to do meaningful work beyond academics, read this.

If you believe young children don’t just need to be entertained, they need to feel safe, understood, and guided, read this.

This is not a typical early childhood role.

You won’t be distracting children. You will be attuning to them.
You won’t be rushing activities. You will be slowing down to build awareness.

About Brainbow Kids

Brainbow Kids is Malaysia’s leading Emotional Intelligence (EQ) learning centre.

We integrate neuroscience, emotional regulation, movement, sensory experiences, and creative play to help children build strong foundations in emotional awareness, confidence, and social skills.

Our weekend programme is structured and purposeful. Every activity is designed to support how a child’s brain and nervous system develops.

What You Will Be Doing

You will guide children aged 4 to 7 through structured EQ experiences using Brainbow’s curriculum.

  • Facilitate small group classes through play, storytelling, movement, and art
  • Create a calm, safe, and predictable classroom environment
  • Support children in recognising and expressing their emotions
  • Guide children through transitions, routines, and social interactions
  • Use co-regulation techniques to help children settle and feel safe
  • Prepare materials and review lesson plans before class
  • Work closely with a supportive and growth-focused team

You are not here to entertain children. You are here to help them feel safe, seen, and understood.
