- Serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in selecting suitable footwear and products
- Ensure store cleanliness and product displays are well maintained
- Handle cashier duties and daily sales transactions
- Monitor stock levels and assist in stock replenishment
- Achieve sales targets and store KPIs
- Promote ongoing promotions and membership programs
- Assist in opening and closing store operations
- Work closely with team members and store management
Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Team player and responsible
- Experience in retail/sales will be an added advantage
