Location: Shah Alam, Selangor

Job Description:

• Ensure the smooth daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, sorting, storage, and shipping. Develop and execute effective warehouse operational procedures to ensure efficient coordination between production an logistics.
• Design and optimize logistics processes, including inbound and outbound movement, sorting, packaging, and distribution of goods. Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs, and implement measures to improve logistics operations.
• Manage the warehouse team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, etc. Inspire team morale, foster a positive work environment, ensure team collaboration, and achieve set goals.
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with relevant regulations and safety standards. Develop and implement safety operating procedures to prevent accidents and losses.
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse facilities, ensuring equipment is operational and identifying and resolving potential issues in advance.

Requirements：

• Diploma and above in any field
• Able to accept Mapletree working location (Require own transportation)
• Able to accept 6 working days (Off day will be on weekday or weekend)
• Fluent in Mandarin (require to liaise with HQ China colleagues)
• Applicable for Malaysian only

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
