Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Legal Associate. The position involves handling legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and managing legal cases across domains such as family law, real estate, litigation, and mediation. The Legal Associate will also attend Court proceedings, provide advice on legal issues, analyze case-specific details, and ensure compliance with relevant laws. They will collaborate closely with the legal team and communicate effectively with clients, upholding a high standard of service.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and skills in Law and Legal Issues
  • Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and drafting
  • Highly developed Analytical Skills for case analysis and problem-solving
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
  • Good client management skills including liaising with china-clients and local clients.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, managing multiple priorities
  • Relevant experience in family law, real estate, and litigation is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification; admission to the Bar is preferred
  • Fresh graduates are welcome. Training will be provided.
  • Must have initiative, responsibility, patience and good attitude to learn.
