Job Summary

You will lead requirements gathering, testing, and stakeholder collaboration to drive system enhancements and product delivery in Agile environments, ensuring alignment with business needs and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements to support system development and enhancements
• Identify system improvement opportunities and translate business needs into clear business requirement documents
• Review implementation plans and manage application product backlogs to prioritize operational, maintenance, and enhancement activities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, external parties, and ICT providers to ensure smooth project execution and system operations
• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Tricentis Tosca for functional and regression testing across frontend, backend, and integration workflows
• Validate system enhancements against business expectations and track defects from creation to closure to ensure quality delivery
• Provide regular updates on testing progress, backlog status, system enhancements, defects, and operational issues to project stakeholders

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a business analyst or equivalent role, preferably in Agile projects
• Proficient in planning, communication, and stakeholder management to engage and update technical and business users effectively
• Skilled in project coordination and monitoring, asset management, resource tracking, meeting logistics, service/change request processing, and records/document management for projects involving vendors and internal teams
• Experienced in requirement gathering, requirement analysis, business process mapping, design thinking, preparing requirement specifications, flow charts, logical diagrams, and initiating process improvements and testing
• Knowledgeable in driving product development through Agile methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices to iteratively deliver and enhance product outcomes
• Experienced in using automation tools to design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for functional and regression testing

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business/Data Analytics, or related discipline
