Import Operations

• Coordinate with co-loaders on arrival notices and shipment updates
• Prepare and issue arrival notices, perform data entry, and handle manifest corrections
• Process e-Delivery Orders (e-DO), billing, and costing for import shipments
• Communicate with overseas agents regarding pre-alerts and shipment status
• Liaise with local customers on arrival arrangements, dutiable shipments, and delivery status updates
• Arrange trucking and delivery to customers as required

Export Operations

• Communicate with overseas agents and local customers regarding new bookings
• Arrange bookings with liners (FCL) and co-loaders (LCL)
• Prepare booking confirmations and House Bills of Lading (HBL), and submit to customers
• Issue pre-alerts to overseas agents and handle billing and costing for export shipments

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in import and export operations within the freight forwarding.
• Good knowledge of sea freight procedures for both FCL and LCL shipments
• Proficient in written and spoken English; ability to communicate professionally with overseas agents and customers
• Familiar with shipping documentation (e.g., HBL, DO, manifest, pre-alert)
• Strong coordination, communication, and customer service skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
