Job Description

• Operate reactors and mixing tanks to meet daily production targets.
• Monitor and control reactor process parameters via the DCS (Distributed Control System).
• Use flow meters and pumps for accurate dosing of resins and solvents.
• Handle drums for solvent dosing during production processes.
• Perform basic chemical analysis to ensure in-process quality standards are met.
• Operate grinding mills and mixing equipment efficiently.
• Manage pumps and filtration systems for transferring finished products into drums or IBC containers.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices and comply with all safety regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or ITE in Chemical Technology or a related field.
• Prior experience in a chemical manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts and perform overtime when required.
• Physically fit to handle manual work and able to work in a non-air-conditioned environment.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in basic English.
• Willing to work in Tuas, Singapore.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
